Dear St D. Comboni Community,
First of all, to the amministration, staff, sub-staff members, students and parents: Congratulation! Happy 25th anniver sary! Enkuan le 25th amet kebre beal beselam aderesacchiu. am proud of this celebration. 25 yearsago, in 1984E.C. Comboni School is established with few students. In these 25 years more than 5900 joined Comboni. Comboni is the best of best school not only in Hawassa, but also at regional level. Here in the city every parent's 1st choice is St. Daniel Comboni Secondary and Preparatory School because the school provides academic excellence and good behavior. All Comboni students- 100% year after year-join university and almost all of them successfully complete their studies and are able to competitively join the work force. Comboni students are known for their good behavior and academic excellence in different higher institutions. What makes Comboni better is the school culture and traditions: the school's rules and regulations help so much! Comboni students are also very different from other schools' students: they are smart and beautiful with their uniforms: there is no makeup and no short skirts for girls and no "big" hair and and no "kareya suri" for boys. The coming up batches, the recent ones are really lucky because of the butches who were here before. Year after year the school gained experience and learnt how to do such a great job serving very diverse generations of students with different type of needs. During your tenure in school, you build a lot of good memories like Comboni Great Run, grade vs grade football matches, basketball tournament, cultural days, Christmas celebrations and so on. After completing grade 12. you remember all the programs and you really miss your lovely Comboni school and compound because of all these extra-activities. May God Bless you forever. I have been working in our school since 1998E.C, it is almost 10 years. I have been very happy I have joined this organi zation especially because I have good relationship with administration, staff, sub staff, students and parents. When a batch has completed and leaves the school, I really miss it, but then the next batch comes in and new love is born. I love all comboni students, but with special love "my batches, the one of the last 10 years. Dear all St. D. Comboni Students, remember our rules and regulations and also our motto: "Always More Always Better for God and Our Country". Lastly, I would like to thank especially Sr. Daniela. Ato Issayas, the staff and sub staff members, all Comboni students. With them, my thanks go to my father who pushed me to remain in this school. I love you all.
May God Blessed the whole St. D. Comboni Secondary and Preparatory School Community.
